We have deep fried vegetarian samosa and vegetarian spring roll. You can make these yourselves or get the frozen packets already made.
All you need to do is deep fry them in vegetable oil until they are crispy golden color. Then you can eat them as snacks with chilli or ketchup if you like. These can be a dish in a buffet party, a snack for guests, or a simple meal eaten with rice or spaghetti.
